I’ve always had an intense passion for spearheading diversity initiatives and helping individuals of color to advance in their careers. Prior to launching CVL, I held various DEI, recruiting, and communications roles at global brands such as NBCUniversal, WarnerMedia, MSNBC, and Gartner. I also spent years as a career coach to marginalized job seekers and deeply understand what it takes for companies to connect with diverse talent authentically.
