Meet Our Founder

Hi! I’m Desiree Booker, Founder and CEO of ColorVizion Lab.

I’ve always had an intense passion for spearheading diversity initiatives and helping individuals of color to advance in their careers. Prior to launching CVL, I held various DEI, recruiting, and communications roles at global brands such as NBCUniversal, WarnerMedia, MSNBC, and Gartner. I also spent years as a career coach to marginalized job seekers and deeply understand what it takes for companies to connect with diverse talent authentically.

I founded CVL to fill the gaps in DEI efforts with innovative strategies and empower diverse consultants to work in their zone of genius within global companies.
