✔ You’re a DEI, HR, talent management, or employer branding professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in your area of expertise.
✔ You’re a strategic thinker or innovative doer who’s excited to work in your zone of genius.
✔ You’re a self-starter with a strong sense of autonomy who takes ownership of your work.
✔ You can work 10 to 40 hours per week, depending on the project or assignment.
